Returns
Any merchandise returned for credit must be authorized prior to being returned, and also must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt of goods.
Any merchandise returned that is found not defective will incur a 15% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be in its unopened original package.
Custom imprinted balloons are not returnable.
